Having issues downloading

It should automatically download after clicking the link. If it doesn't, and you're led to a screen that says "mp3 files can't be previewed" (or similar), click the three dots on the bottom right of the screen, select "export" and choose a location to save the file.

Alternatively, if you still can't download or open the file (and you're using a phone), open this email on your desktop computer and download it.
